Who: JOY & JYF Members and Friends
When: FRIDAY, JULY 11 ~ Meet at St. Matthew at 5 pm (We'll return around 11 pm)
What: We’re going to Magic Waters Water park with other churches from the Northern Illinois District … and we’ve got the whole park to ourselves!
Where: Magic Waters Water Park ~ Rockford
Cost: $10 per person
Adventure Retreat
Who: JOY Members and Friends (limit of 1 friend)
When: FRIDAY-SUNDAY, AUGUST 8-10 (departing St. MAtthew at 1 pm)
What: Are you ready for the most action-packed weekend of the summer?!? All participants will have the choice of Whitewater Rafting (Class IV) or Paintball Pursuit on Saturday morning. As a group, we’ll tackle the High Ropes Course in the afternoon. We will be staying in cabins … but you can pop a tent outside if you wish. It will also be a great opportunity to study God’s Word in a unique setting … the North Woods!
